Step 1: You can open a program and then go to the exercise section. You can click on the edit mode. Then you would be able to enter the exercise variables. One of them is notes you can add your notes within the text section and then click on save.
Step 2: Once you click on save you will be able to see the notes just below the exercise
Step 3: You can also add additional instructions when you open the exercise and then click on add additional instructions
Step 4: Then you can save the additional instructions
Step 5: Once you have saved it you will be able to see the note within the exercise
