14. Categorizing and Rating Custom Exercises

This is how you can successfully categorize and rate custom exercises.

Step 1: In each of the exercises you can upload a custom exercise video and play it

Step 2: You can also loop the video especially if it is too short

Step 3: To edit an existing exercise, you can click on the exercise that you want to edit and then click on the edit exercise button.

Step 4: You can put in the exercise name or modify the exercise name.

Step 5: You can set the keyword for the exercise so that it would be easier to search and you should include instructions on how to do the exercise so that it can easily be followed by your clients. You need to hit enter for the asterisk to appear and then it would turn into a bullet point.

Step 6: You can set and categorize your exercise by setting its BMA Rating for Flexibility, Speed, Skill, and Strength.

Step 7: You can set the movement pattern of the exercise

Step 8: You can upload a minimum of three photos and a maximum of eight exercise photos. Among those photos, you can set one as a thumbnail and this will be displayed as a featured image within the exercise library.

Step 9: You can upload the video which should be a MPEG 4 file or h.264mpeg 4. The reason for this is for your clients to be able to view in different browsers. Then once done you can click on save.

Step 10: Now that it is saved you will be able to see the exercise that you made under my custom exercise.

Step 11: You can click on the exercise and you will see the BMA Rating that you have set, movement pattern, equipment used, muscle groups and instructions.

Step 12: You can click on the play video and the video that you have uploaded will play.
