18. Logging A Completed Workout

This tutorial will teach you on how to log a completed workout for a program that's assigned to a client.

Step 1: You need to be logged into the trainer portal and select an existing program named as base conditioning program. We need to click on the name and it will take us through to that program.

Step 2: And we could either click on the workouts to go straight to the most recent, or today's workout or the next upcoming workout or we could go to the workout schedule.

Step 3: As the trainer you can view or edit this calendar by switching to switch to workouts view, you'll get essentially the same view as the client which is referred to as the workouts view.

Step 4: And you can then click on any workout scheduled on the calendar and it would go straight to the workout log I'm going to click on this Tuesday, April the 19th workout and that will load up the workouts tab with that particular day, then to log a workout, you just click this button at the top that says log the workout.

Step 5: There are two ways to log a workout within the ptenhance system. The simple workout log, which is really just completing this pop up.

Step 6: If we go back to the workout schedule tab you will see that there is an orange tick which indicates that it was a simple workout log

Step 7: The second way to log would be to create a detailed logged in order to do that you can click on Log a workout

Step 8: Then you can click on log details

Step 9: Then you can log the details within each field

Step 10: In this example I have filled in all of the details within each blank field

Step 11: You will get a popup that you have logged in the details successfully

Step 12: If we go back to the workout schedule tab for this program and go to the workouts view you will see the indicator to show that a detailed log shown by a green tick has been logged for that workout. If it was a simple logo would show an orange tick if it's in the past like this workout here. And nothing's been logged or be a question mark.
