2. How To Print Questionnaires

You can only print completed questionnaires.

Step 1: To access your questionnaire you can hover over assessments and then you will be able to see questionnaires and assigned questionnaires. You can only print completed questionnaires. In order to print completed questionnaires you can click on the questionnaire name that was completed.

Step 2: Then inside that questionnaire there is a blue print button that you can click in order to print the questionnaire

A pop up pdf will appear. This is the document that you can now print
