How To Reset/Unlock A Finalized Questionnaire

On the side navigation click on assessments drop-down then click on assigned  this will bring up all the assigned Q&A's

Scroll down to the assigned questionnaire that you need to unlock. Tick the 3 dotted dropdown menu then select Reset/unlock. Click the unlock' button
