Scheduling Recurring Questionnaire

Go to the questionnaire that you want to schedule. Click on the 3-dotted drop down menu and select 'Schedule Questionnaire Assignment'

Add the details Note there are two  types of questionnaires  ones that are assigned will  be scheduled once, and others that are scheduled multiple times which are more  like logs for example the daily readiness questionnaire. The two images below show the difference between questionnaires that are assigned once and ones that can be assigned multiple times.
