Follow these steps to finalize questionnaires
Step 1: In your mobile click on the questionnaires menu
Step 2: Click on the second questionnaire where you can see date completed is none
Step 4: A pop up will appear and then you should click on the finalize button
Step 5: You will get a notification that the questionnaire has been successfully finalized
Step 6: You will see the date when it was completed and you will see that the questionnaire is now completed on your mobile
