This is a guide on how you can successfully set up your calendar on your marketing site.
TRAINER'S GUIDE
Step 1: Hover over calendar and then click on settings
Step 2: Under settings select marketing site. In your Marketing Site Settings you should tick on show calendar in marketing site to enable your calendar to your marketing site.
Step 3: Then you can select the trainer or trainers that you want to display in your marketing site calendar
Step 4: Once you have added all of your trainers you can then click on save
NOTE: In order for clients and also non clients to view and book in the marketing site, you need to create an open appointment.
Step 5: Hover over Calendar and then click on appointment calendar.
Step 6: Click on the Create New Appointment button
Step 7: Under create new appointment make sure you select open appointment as the appointment type for it to appear on your marketing calendar.
You can fill in the information such as the trainer’s calendar, service type, appointment name, charge, number of clients, date, time, duration etc.
Step 8: Then once done you can click on create
Step 9: You can check on the trainer’s calendar to see the appointment that you have created
Now you have successfully setup your appointment calendar on your marketing site
Client or Non-Client Guide
Step 1: Now your client or non-client can check out your marketing calendar. To schedule an open appointment, in your homepage they need to click on calendar.
Step 2: There is an option for your clients and non-clients to select which trainer’s calendar they want to view and book on
Step 3: In this example I am selecting Brandon. Then your clients will be able to see the open appointment that you have created. Your client or non-client can then click on the open appointment session through clicking on the hyperlink to purchase a session.
Step 4: Once you will click on the blue join button a pop up will appear where you would be able to select the package that you want to purchase to join the open appointment. If you are already a client you can click on the blue login hyperlink to login.
Step 5: Once you have selected the package you can click on the buy product button
Step 6: Your client or non-client will be redirected to the shopping cart. Then he or she can click on add to cart.
Step 7: Then your client or non-client can click on view your cart
Step 8: Once all is good your client or non-client can click on the checkout button
Step 9: Your non-client can fill in with their first name, last name and email but for buyers who are already members or for those who already have an account can click on the sign in hyperlink instead
Step 10: For non-clients they will be redirected to a page where they can fill in their shipping and payment details then they can click on continue checkout
Step 11: Your clients or non-clients can now review their order and then click on the place order button
Step 12: Your client or non-client will be redirected to paypal to pay for your order
Step 13: Your client or non-client can either create a paypal account or login to their own paypal account
Step 14: Your client or non-client will get an order success notification then they can click on the link to the appointment that they have joined
Step 15: Your client or non-client will then be redirected to the open appointment that they have
joined and purchased
