Setting Your Availability

Step 1: Hover over the calendar and click on settings then default availability.

 

Step 2: Check the days you are available and input the times you are available or check all day if you are, then click save.

Step 3: Under unavailable times check the days you are not available and you can select all day or the time you are not available, then click save.

Step 4:  Go to Appointment Calendar then click Week, you will see that your calendar will be marked with gray for the days and hours that you are not available.

 

Step 5: However, if you have set an appointment before you have marked these hours as unavailable you will still see those appointments.
