5. Setting Up Default Availability

Step 1: Hover over Calendar in your navigation menu then click settings.

 

Step 2: Then under settings you can click on default availability. You will be able to see both of your available and unavailable times

Step 3: If you have a default availability setup you can click on the edit button to edit the day and time that you are available. You can select the day by ticking on the check box and you can set the time that you are available or if you are available all day you can tick on the select all box and then save.

Step 4: To add your available time you can click on the plus sign button then you can add the days and times you are available

Step 8: To edit your existing unavailable time you can click on edit

Step 9: You can set the time that you are available and then click on save

 

Step 10: You can also click on delete button to delete your unavailable time

Step 11: To add a new unavailable time you can click on the plus sign button

Step 12: You can tick on the box to select the days that you are available
