Guide To Enabling and Disabling Service Balance Check
When the Service Debit feature is turned on, it will prevent a negative service balance to each of your clients when creating appointments.
The service debit feature happens when a trainer creates an appointment, a client request for an appointment to the trainer, or when a client joins an open appointment
Enabling Service Balance Check
Step 1: To enable the service balance check in your trainer’s dashboard you can roll over to your navigation and hover over calendar and then click on settings
Step 2: In your settings, you can click on Charges and Debit. There is a section under Service Debit where you can tick on to enable or allow clients to go into debt when joining, requesting, and getting booked into an appointment. Once you have ticked on the box you can click on the save button
Step 3: After you have clicked on the save button you will get a notification that the changes to the debt setting has been successfully saved
