You can turn on or turn off certain notifications based on your preferences and you can remind clients of when the event’s start up to one hour.
Setting Up Recurring Appointments
When editing appointments that are in a recurring series make sure you appropriately set whether you want to edit just that appointment or all following in the series.
Accepting Bookings into Group Classes
If you run group classes, bootcamps or other group sessions you can set these up as 'open' appointments. Open appointments appear to the clients on their calendar with an option to 'join' the appointment.
