Step 1: You can create a program from scratch, choose a template program or one that has already been assigned. In this case I am going to choose a program from the template library core conditioning moderate demand to assign a copy to the group.
Hover on to and click on Programs Menu then Template Programs or assigned programs as you can assign to a group form either area. If you do this in the template programs area choose the template you want to assign by clicking on programs then template programs in the navigation. Hover on the template that you want to use and click on assign a copy.
Step 3: Select the group or groups you want to assign to then click 'assign'. Choose the start date and click assign. Note you could also click copy and edit to make changes to the program before assigning it to a group
