9. Replacing a Section of a Program

These are the steps on how you can replace a section of a program

Step 1: Open an existing program with existing exercises in it that you want to change a section of. Then at the upper right hand corner in your exercise section click on replace section

Step 2: You can select from the templates to which one you want to use and replace in your section

Step 3: In this example I am going to select Upper Cross Corrective Stretches click on the pick this section hyperlink by hovering over the section name in this case "corrective exercise".

Step 4: Once you click on that it will replace the section in your program
