This tutorial is an overview of the education area. Here we are on the educational resources page, you'll notice there's four tabs, Trainer Resources, Client Resources, Assigned Resources, and Scheduled Resources.
And if you're on any other screen in the trainer portal, you can also get to this by the navigation over here.
We are on the Trainer Resources library at the moment, which is a library of educational resources created by the PT Enhance and the CHECK Institute that is assigned to trainers to watch.
There’s videos, documents, audios, such as mp3 files, and web pages.
What you see over here will depend on your qualifications and permissions in the system. So some of the check Institute educational material for example is related to the advanced training programs such as exercise coach or holistic lifestyle coach or tech practitioner programs.
But all PT Enhance trainers have access to some resources such as Intro to Palpation, Ask the Faculty and Q&A’s with Paul Chek videos, and some other documents in checkpoint series for example. By default, the old folder will be shown which means that all the resources within that category. In this case, videos will be shown.
You can click into any of these folders to see the items just in that folder. So here we see the Introduction to Palpation Series from Paul Check. Clicking on one of these items will open it in a pop-up. When the video loads, you can click play.
And you can also scroll through these resources using the previous next control. So clicking next at the top here will take you to the next item on the list. Rather than having to return back to the list. If you're wanting to watch multiple videos or access multiple documents.
The Client Resources library is laid out in a very similar way. With the exception of there's two tabs over the top of the left-hand folder section here. By default, My Resources library, which is where you organize them, live the library of resources that you create yourself.
There's also the tab here of ptEnhance resources, which is a ptEnhance library, similar to the trainer education library. And you can assign these resources to a client or to everyone which is essentially publishing it to every client in your business. Similarly, there are also videos, documents, audios, and web pages that exist in the ptEnhance library that you can use.
The assigned Resources tab is a list of all the resources that you've already assigned to a client so that you can track those, you can use the search over here if you're trying to find a resource that you actually assigned to a client. lt will show you all the resources assigned to different clients. Whereas if you click into a client folder, you'll see the resources that you may have assigned just to that particular client.
