Replacing A Trainer's Account

NOTE: Instead of deleting a client’s account it is highly suggested to replace the trainer’s first and last name, email, and password instead.

If the trainer’s account is deleted it will also delete all of the information of every client associated with that trainer. That information will be lost and can no longer be retrieved. 

GUIDE FOR TRAINERS

Step 1: Hover over to view Members in the navigation bar then click on view Member’s List 

Step 2: You can click on the trainer’s name or the three dots and click on the View/Edit Option

 

Step 3: You can edit the first name, last name, email and you can click on the send password reset button

Step 4: Then scroll down and click on save
